Schools in Vernon will have no internet access or e-mail capabilities on Monday while education officials look into a potential security breach.
Parents were alerted via text and phone messages Sunday evening.
According to the messages, school officials discovered what was termed “a potential for unauthorized access to our network” on Saturday and temporarily disabled the email and internet access as a pecaution (sic).
