Mexico has been hacked again with https://www.congresochihuahua.gob.mx/ being the latest victim and having a dump of accounts leaked onto pastebin. The attack comes from @FailRoot usernames and passwords, passwords are very very lame and all clear text, which makes you wonder about the whole security thing….
