Molina Medicare enrollees notified of RxAmerica mailing error that disclosed PHI

Last month, I reported that RxAmerica and Accendo Insurance were notifying 175,000 Medicare beneficiaries that a mailing error exposed their medication name, date of birth, and member ID.
