MO: Public housing manager charged with identity theft for tax refund fraud

AP reports: The manager of a St. Louis public housing complex has been indicted on two felony charges for allegedly conspiring to steal Social Security numbers and other personal information from prospective tenants. Federal prosecutors say 42-year-old Marsha Harrington worked with co-defendants Calvin Shaw and Larry Corner to use the stolen information to file false tax returns. Eircom urges email users to change passwords after security breach

Adrian Weckler reports: Eircom has suffered a security breach, leading to the suspension of email services to 350,000 Eircom.net accounts over the last 18 hours.
