Ca: Andrew Younger files complaint with Privacy Commissioner after personal health information revealed

Marieke Walsh reports: After personal health information was disclosed yesterday, Dartmouth East MLA Andrew Younger is filing a complaint against Kirby McVicar with the Information and Privacy Commissioner.
