SoCal mailman accused of stealing ID papers, gifts

A mail carrier in San Diego County is accused of stealing dozens of gift cards, debit cards and Social Security documents sent through the mail. CA: Hundreds of Hegarty Chiropractic patient charts found in dumpster

Hegarty Chiropractic may be feeling a bit bent out of shape today. They got caught dumping patient records in a dumpster. All 150 patient records missing for three months from Saint Joseph Hospital and Lutheran Medical Center have been found, according to Exempla Healthcare and FedEx.
