A mail carrier in San Diego County is accused of stealing dozens of gift cards, debit cards and Social Security documents sent through the mail. All 150 patient records missing for three months from Saint Joseph Hospital and Lutheran Medical Center have been found, according to Exempla Healthcare and FedEx.
