Private medical records found at public dumpster in Manchester Twp

Rebecca Hanlon reports that patients’ medical records were found at a public dumpster. The records appear to belong to Dr. R. Dale McCormick of  York Academy of Surgery. Attempts by the news outlet to reach the doctor were unsuccessful, and his office appeared vacant. Read more on YDR.
