Georgia governor signs law to drug test some welfare recipients

David Beasley reports: Georgia Governor Nathan Deal signed legislation on Tuesday requiring some applicants for food stamps and welfare benefits to undergo a drug test. AL: Patients' personal info stolen from Flowers Hospital by employee for tax refund fraud scheme

Ken Curtis reports: Flowers Hospital has sent letters to people whose lab work performed there warning that their identity may have been stolen and used to file fraudulent income tax returns.
