TN: Hacker sentenced for tampering with medical records

A 39-year-old Dyersburg man who hacked into a private computer and tampered with another person’s health records will spend 28 months in prison. Men Plead Guilty In Metro Election Commission Laptop Theft

Robert Osbourne, Randall Cheek and Brent Rucker pled guilty today to the Christmas Eve 2007 theft of a laptop computer from Metro Election Commission.
