Amedisys Home Health notifies patients after shredding bins found off-site

Amedisys Home Health of Fayetteville was recently informed that two bins used for collecting shredded materials from the Fayetteville care center were found in an enclosure behind a local business, and did not reach the vendor’s intended destination to a secure shredding facility. Virginia Mason Memorial hospital notifies 419 patients after employees snooped in their records
