Update to Dallas Fire-Rescue Breach
There’s a small update to the Dallas Fire-Rescue breach involving missing laptops. The loss was reported to HHS, who added it to their public breach tool today. Dallas reported that the (first) loss occurred October 5, 2011, which is later than what was originally reported, but they also reported that 1,000 patients were impacted.
