An angry Lancashire dad has hit out at bungling office staff who got sensitive medical files mixed up.
Chris Martin, 45, sent off a dossier of highly personal information as he negotiated his return to work following illness.
But staff at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) returned his file full of someone else’s details, including her medical reports and National Insurance number.
Chris a married father of two, of Goulding Avenue in Leyland, said: “I can read her illnesses, which hospital she has been in and what treatments she has had.
“It is a big document, there are 16 pages.
“On the first page it has my name and details, then after that I can read her appeal.
