OH: Nurse Accused Of Using Patient Information To Obtain Painkillers

A nurse was out of a job on Wednesday, after she was under criminal investigation, accused of stealing a patient’s identity and using it to obtain narcotics.

Stacy Whisner was fired from the Stoneridge Clinic in Dublin, a facility associated with the Ohio State University’s James Cancer Clinic, 10TV’s Lindsey Seavert reported.

Police said Whisner, a nurse practitioner, gained access to painkillers by using patient information.
