On December 21, I linked to a newsletter discussing class certification of a lawsuit against Durham Region Health.
Today, I received a polite comment from their counsel pointing out that the statements in the newsletter I had linked to were factually inaccurate.
As a result, I have edited and corrected that blog entry, but wanted to call attention to the correction for the benefit of those who had read that entry or who are following the case.
As always, this blog continues to try to bring readers accurate information. If I goof, let me know, as I would prefer to publicly acknowledge an error than to do a silent delete which may leave readers with memories of inaccurate information.
