An inquiry has been launched after confidential files containing personal information about care home patients were found discarded in an alley.
Greenbanks Homecare, which describes itself as “the people who care”, recently moved out of its office in Gabalfa, Cardiff.
But documents containing names, addresses and details of vulnerable and elderly people’s individual care were left strewn in a back alley near the building.
