There’s been an arrest in the case of a Palm Beach County Health Department employee who allegedly stole clients’ names, SSN, and dates of birth for a fraud scheme. It seems the theft would not have come to light were it not for a UPS worker who was suspicious that the woman would spend $36 to ship a card overnight. He opened the package and discovered lists with clients’ information.
