The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) wants to require health care providers to include “social and behavioral” data in Electronic Health Records (EHR) and to link patient’s records to public health departments, it was announced last week.

No, I will not provide them with any weapons to use against me, no info other than what they want to hear. No medical history, yes all my family died of natural causes in their sleep at 104 years old. NOTHING.. because it will be used against you at a later date by the death panels.
