CBS New York reports that another former employee at North Shore University Hospital has been charged with identity theft. Latoya Talbert, 24, has been accused of stealing the identities so she could go shopping. Health care company Humana is warning Atlanta residents about a possible security breach that could affect nearly 3,000 members in the area.
