The owner of Woodland Furniture stores in White House and Portland is charged with falsifying credit card applications of past customers to receive payment for bogus sales.
Brian Lewis, 40, of Portland, has been charged with 13 counts of identity theft, eight counts of forgery and one count of theft over $10,000, according to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation.
