Calgary Police have now charged a woman who used to work at a bank in the southwest with identity theft and fraud.
Between June 2012 and November 2013, police say a woman working at a customer experience associate unlawfully requested personal information from several customers of the bank.

Police say 20 customers were targeted in the incident, but they have all been contacted about the situation.
Following an investigation that took a year and a half, Georgia Carla Rankine, 37, has been charged with theft of identification, uttering credit card data, identification fraud, and four counts of fraud under $5,000.
