Every year, I expect to see a certain number of breach reports involving tax/wage statements. Here’s another one:
VOCM News has learned that there has been a major privacy breach in Central Newfoundland.
Employees with Municipal Affairs in Gander got their T4 slips in the mail yesterday.
VOCM News has been told that four people who work in that office received their own T4 and T4s from other employees in different departments.
The employees who received the wrong T4s are attempting to contact someone from the benefits department to let them know what happened.
