Education Minister Susan Close has admitted she does not know how many Year 12 students were affected by the SACE computer bungle that delivered the wrong university entrance scores.
Some students were presented with someone else’s uni entrance details when they logged onto the SACE website on Tuesday morning, in an embarrassing privacy breach for the SACE Board.
Most students rectified the problem themselves by logging out of the system and back in again, receiving the correct scores the second time, but the SACE Board had to contact 23 students who had not realised the mistake.
