The former property manager for an East Davis apartment complex was sentenced to four years and three months in prison Thursday for committing identity theft and other crimes, the U.S. Attorney’s Office announced Friday.
William Raymond Stanley Jr., 31, of Sacramento, was living at the Tuscany Villas apartments, 2526 E. Eighth St., and working as the on-site manager when he stole personal information from tenants as well as rental applicants, Acting U.S. Attorney Phillip A. Talbert said.
