[Post deleted]

April 10, 2022:

A post that originally appeared at this URL has now been removed. The post, an excerpt from a mainstream news report, had described a felony charge against a named individual.  The individual was acquitted on the felony charge that had made this story newsworthy. Given the other details in the news report, redacting only their name would not have eliminated the risk of reputation harm, and so the post has just been deleted in full.

Over the years, DataBreaches.net’s policy has been to redact or remove articles if those accused are acquitted and if they alert us to that by emailing the site and providing proof of acquittal. Redaction or removal usually follows within one week.
