StockX succeeds in getting class action lawsuit dismissed, still faces arbitration

There’s an update to the StockX breach incident of 2019 and resulting litigation. The breach was initially covered on this site in August, 2019, following some great reporting by TechCrunch that exposed the breach was bigger than what the company had suggested.
