Fr: Colis Privé reports a cyber-attack is causing disruption in operations

Colis Privé specializes in home and relay delivery of packages to you, individuals, within 24 to 48 hours. It is a subsidiary of Hopps Group.

The firm announced a breach on its web site. Translated, it reads:

Colis Preve system notice

Colis Privé was the victim of a cyber attack. Our IT teams have quickly isolated the incident and are currently mobilized alongside external experts for a quick resolution. During this period, our technical operations may be disrupted. We thank you for your understanding.

In news coverage on L’usineDigitale, Alice Vitard provides additional details, including (translated)

Some comments posted on Twitter indicate that they are experiencing extended delivery times. But it is currently impossible to know if these disruptions are directly related to the cyberattack. Colis Privé does not specify whether the hackers have managed to steal customer data. However, it is not possible to track packages on the company’s website at this time.
