Amoroso reports that the man, identified as John Carlo Lumbres of Tanauan City, was arrested for stealing records of criminal cases in Batangas.
Seized from Lumbres were 18 sacks containing records of the Tanauan Regional Trial Court Branch 83, according to Col. Glicerio Cansilao, Batangas police director.
