An attorney for Clayton Valley Charter High School has shed new light on the extent of documents hacked from the school’s executive director.
In an email sent Tuesday to reporters at this newspaper, attorney Paul Minney wrote that records obtained through a computer hacking of the school’s executive director included confidential personnel and student records along with personal and student information protected under the state’s constitution, attorney-client privileged communications and attorney work product.
