CBC News reports:
A bag that contained personal health information of Winnipeg patients was stolen from an on-duty nurse’s parked vehicle on Jan. 14, the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority said Tuesday.
The nurse was working for the WRHA’s Community Intravenous Program. Data stolen from the vehicle included personal health information of as many as 67 patients, the WRHA said in a news release.
