From J.D. Evans of Iva, When Mr. Manson became CEO of aNmED i KNEW HIM WELL ENOUGH TO WRITE TO HIM. i HAD SEEN ONE aNmED pHYSICIAN ABOUT A PROBLEM i WAS HAVING. i MADE AN APPT.ITH A SPECIALIST FOR A SECOND OPINION. hE CAME INTO THE ROOM, NEVER ASKED WHAT i WAS THERE FOR, CHECKED ME OUT AND TOLD NURSE TO DO A PROCEDURE. i AM FULLY CONFIDENT THAT ALL HE DID WAS READ THE FIRST PHYSICIAN’S REPORT AND CONCLUDED THAT HE WAS IN AGREEMENT. i probasbly became overly obsessed with this situation for I had sent a specimen of exudate to a friend physician in a large Metero hospital about ten yrs. ago He returned the results after about 6 months and said tht I had aspergillus niger cultured from that exudate. Yet my family physician did notppear to be assured that such was xultured in the exudate—I do not mean to say that he did not thoroughly check me out each time I complained to him—but after a long time physicians gwet the idea that this is a malingering hypochondriac—and I can understand that conclusion. But t did not stop the situation in the least. i WROTE mR.ANSON AND ASKED HIM HOW IN THE WORLD WOULD aNmED KEEP TECHNICIAN SUE, WHEN DOING NOTHING AT A MOMENT, FROM LOOKING INTO OTHER PTS CHARTS. i RE’C A NICE LETTER FROM THE LADY IN CHARGE OF THIS ASPECTEDICAL TREATMENT–ASSURING ME THAT EVERY PRECAUTION WOULD BE TAKEN TO SEE THAT SUCH WOULD NOT HAPPEN-uNDERSTAND,PLEASE THAT i AM NOT BLAMING THE PHYSICIANS OR THE aNmED HEIRARCHY—i KNOW PEOPLE THAT HAVE WORKED IN mEDICAL RECORDS BACK IN THE DAY AND THEY WERE EXTREMELY SENSITIVE ABOUT THEIR JOBS–NOT OPENING THEMSELVES TIO ANY SORT OF INTERROGATION–ALMIOST AS THO’ THEY DID NOT WORK IN MED RECORDS…BUT HERE WE ARE IN GHE YEAR 2016 WHERE EVERYTHING IS TRQNSMITTED THRU SOME ELECTRONIC GADGET (EXCUSE MY CORRECT NOMENCLATURE) i DARE SAY THAT THAT 95% OF THE PUBLIC UNDERSTANDS WHAT IS WRITTN ON rX’S DISP IN THE PHARMACY. i DON’T KNOW WHAT THE ANSWER IS—i AM SURE anMED HIRES AND TESTS ALL EMPLOYEES FOR HONESTY–BUT SUCH TESTS ARE EASILY MANIPULATED BY THE PERSON BEING TESTED. wE ANNOT GO BACK TO ONION SKIN AND CARBON PAPER—pERHAPS AN enigma TYPE MACHINE WOULD BE THE ANSWER TO AVBSOLUTE SECURIGY IN MED RECORDS. jdeVANS
