A notice on their web site says that Rand McNally is upgrading their systems:
Oh really? Why didn’t their site just admit what they wrote in email:

Rand McNally recently discovered a disruption to certain portions of our computer network. We commenced an immediate investigation that included taking certain systems offline and working with computer forensic specialists to determine the nature and scope of the event. We are working diligently to restore the functionality of our systems. We appreciate your patience and understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.

Sounds like a ransomware attack, doesn’t it? There’s no contact info left up on Rand McNally’s site at this point, but DataBreaches.net will be watching for further developments.
