Yesterday police made a move in on the target they have been seeking for a few weeks now, Christopher Chaney, 35, was arrested without incident yesterday morning at his Jacksonville, Fla., home for allegedly hacking into celebrities’ Google, Apple and Yahoo e-mail accounts between last November and February.
