Waitematā DHB sent private mental health notes to wrong patient, inquiry launched

Hannah Martin reports: A mother who requested her son’s medical records claims she was also sent “fully identifiable” mental health notes about another patient. Millions of Beeline Clients’ Data Leaked – Kommersant

The Moscow Times reports: Personal data relating to the Russian mobile operator Beeline’s 2016 database of 8.7 million clients has been leaked, the Kommersant business daily reported citing banking security department sources.
