PA: Rutter’s data breach impacted at least 70 Pennsylvania stores

Tom Nguyen reports: Rutter’s released a statement on their website Thursday saying numerous locations were victim to a data breach that allowed a third-party access to customers’ credit cards from Oct. 1, 2018 until May 29, 2019. Puerto Rico Loses $2.6 Million in Phishing Scam

AP reports: Puerto Rico’s government has lost more than $2.6 million by falling for an email phishing scam, a senior official said Wednesday.
