Macklin Reid reports:
Police have arrested two students for breaching the security of Ridgefield High School’s computer system in June, with a goal of altering grades.
The students were charged with theft of computer services in the third degree and first degree criminal mischief. Police described the students as 16-year-old males, but did not release their names because they are juveniles.
The arrests were made Thursday at police headquarters, and the students were released to the custody of their parents. They are schedule to appear at state juvenile court at Danbury on July 26.
