A former Knox County Sheriff’s Office deputy who used a woman’s personal information for personal profit in an identity theft scheme is headed to federal prison.
U.S. District Judge Tom Varlan on Friday sentenced Michelle Lee Stiles, 39, to 34 months in prison for mail fraud and aggravated identity theft.

According to details in a plea agreement hammered out between Weddle and Assistant Federal Defender Jonathan Moffatt, Delozier’s driver’s license went missing after Stiles used it to fill out a theft report Delozier lodged in July 2009.
