Personal information of almost 1,200 veterans was discovered unattended last month at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center in Louisville.
Officials said information containing the names, Social Security numbers and discharge dates of approximately 1,182 veterans was found, unattended, in the lobby entrance of the facility.
