An Estero man has been accused of hacking into the state and Lee County elections websites.
Officers with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement arrested David Levin, a 31-year-old political consultant and owner of Vanguard Cybersecurity, on three third-degree-felony counts of property crimes.

Agents accuse Levin of illegally accessing the elections website on Dec. 19 and the state elections website website Jan. 4 and Jan. 31.
