A former state employee from Dublin and a private contractor from Hilliard were indicted Thursday on federal charges accusing them of a fraudulent scheme that involved stealing a computer software program from the state of Ohio.
Jatinder Singh, 42, of Dublin, and Anju Vallabhaneni, 49, of Hilliard, were indicted on federal charges of wire fraud, conspiracy and destruction of records. The offenses allegedly occurred between April 2010 and October 2011.
