THÉRAPIE Clinic, a chain of beauty treatment outlets, is investigating a possible data breach involving patient records.
It is believed that patient information that may have included medical records had been accessed or taken without permission by a former employee.

I was initially surprised that the clinics’ records were described as patient records, but on reading up more, it seems that the clinics offer services such as Botox injections, and in Ireland, such injections can only be administered by a doctor or dentist, so yes, these would be patient records.
