AP is reporting:
A man accused of stealing the medical records of more than 1.5 million patients from the University of Utah’s hospital and clinics will spend one year in jail.
Shadd D. Hartman pleaded guilty in December to misdemeanor charges of theft by receiving stolen property and attempted possession of another’s identification documents.
