Before-and-after pictures uploaded to web site leads to lawsuit by plastic surgery patient

I’ve occasionally posted stories involving complaints against plastic surgeons who used patients’ before and after photos, allegedly without their consent (cf here, here, here, and here).  Now there’s a similar lawsuit in New York, where Catherine Manzione has sued Dr. Grigoriy Mashkevich.
