6 Arrested in $1M Phishing scam

Mark Raymond of the Metropolitan Police’s Central e-Crime Unit (PCeU). has released a statement to computerworlduk.com that they today have tracked down and arrested 6 people thought to be linked to a 1.5 million dollar phishing scam. An investigation which started in august, tracked the group that was taking advantage of students. So far no names or details of the people who have been arrested have been released, apart from its 4 guys and 2 women in custody. So is this in fact a real phishing scam? or are the police just going after the small fish again? source
